After she realizes the rookies aren’t going to stop digging, crooked cop Detective Harris (Jennifer White) arranges a clandestine meeting with crime boss Gibbs (Scott Nails) to warn him, but he’s not worried about the extra heat kidnapping a cop is going to bring down.
